I was visiting with someone this week who knows so much about us, our story, our trials and tribulations and she point blank said to me….

Adrianne, people wanted you to fail. They tried so hard to pull you down. Everything meant to destroy you, your marriage, your life…..only built you.
Despite what you have gone through you have come out stronger. Wiser. And a marriage that stood the test of time.
It meant so much to me. At a time I needed a reminder.

Yall think I’m strong, and I am. But let me tell you. Even I need protection. Even I need reminding. Even I need support. Even I need encouragement. Even I need care. Even I need my village. My community. Even I need love.

Thank you to everyone who has sent kind messages. Who has checked on me. It’s been a beautiful reminder and from a lot of people who have watched silently for years. Knowing you care about little old me.

Every day I rise. Every day I feel more confident. Every day I have hope.

But to be seen. Heard. Validated. I appreciate it more than yall know. Bc online is hard. Real life is harder.
But my purpose is big.

Keeping my eye on the prize. 💋

After a 9 hour day in the salon, I came in and made homemade bow tie pasta with fresh milled flour per my husbands request for a dish he wanted to make.
Then I made homemade chocolate chip cookies with our farm fresh eggs and fresh milled flour per my husbands request.

It’s small things like fresh milled flour that make huge differences in every day things.
I would love to be all natural Whole Foods and every day we are closer.
I don’t put requirements on us. I just like to think that I make better choices every day. And if we back slide, we go forward the next day.

All of it adds up! Fresh ingredients, farm raised, and made with love. ❤️
