Listen, let’s discuss scalp dermatitis. I’m seeing a lot of this lately. Hype products, cute packaging, buying off smell vs ph balanced.

It’s a recipe for disaster. And your scalp is paying the price. Itching, dandruff, build up.

You have options and you need to be educated on products and maintenance. You don’t have to suffer with this!

But let’s start getting educated instead of buying off tik tok, cute packaging and hype.

I posted about having some rooms open at the main salon.
After a lot of thought and prayer today, i wanted to share a little deeper into these positions.

I’ve had the rooms open a while. I wasn’t in a good space to rent them. My salon has been filled with some of the most amazing people over the years. Coworkers who became family.
I’ve been so blessed to have low turnover in my 16 years. Most of my girls have last 12/13 years each. I think that’s pretty amazing.

I’ve had some hiccups along the way. Some drama. That’s expected in any business, much less a salon. But truly, it’s been such an amazing experience for me.
I haven’t been ready to take on new people bc I was afraid. I have had such a good thing the last 3/4 years, I just wanted to stay in our tiny bubble.

But that’s not fair. I’ve had several new girls, Abi, Katy, Gracie, Tyara and each of them have been an amazing fit. Happy girls, hard workers, committed to their craft And the team.

Surely I can welcome two more great fits. I know God will place me the right girls. I want to keep our drama free vibe but I would love some new energy.

So please pray I find the right fits. Please share this post. Please tag me if you know someone looking for a salon home.

I’m ready to see who our next chapter holds.
And I’m open to ideas if someone is looking for a room but does a service outside our box!
