I’ve been doing hair for 20 years.
I bet you didn’t know I went to college for elementary education. Can yall imagine me as a teacher?
I’d love those kids but it’s the parents I would be telling to step up.
But God.
He had bigger plans for me.
I never thought I would do hair bc well….thats a meaningless, vein career for drop outs right?
But God.
He gave me so much passion. So much purpose.
I have met so many friends. I have given wise counsel in this chair. I have received wise counsel.
I raised my kids with this career. Affording them phones, cars, college and cheer with this career. They always had food in their belly and a roof over their head, wanting nothing with this career. A lot of the time as a single mom with no child support.
This career has carried me through marriages, raising kids, highs and lows of life, loss, wins. You name it.
I’ve been able to give back to my community and serve my community with this career. Building the largest private event in city’s history.
And now? I’m back to serving. I’m seeing hair loss and thinning at a rapid pace. Many many reasons. I have used my experience plus gone back to school and keep training to help so many people with their scalp.
Our hair is such a huge part of our identity. Why? I have no idea. I wish we could all just shave our heads bc we are so much more than what we look like. But it’s just not that way. Men, women and children all suffer and there are finally some amazing solutions.
Thank you God for putting me on this path years ago when I didn’t even know this is what I wanted to do. I’ll save that story for another time.

I have never had leaves this big on my squash.
My plants are so amazingly beautiful and I got by first harvest today. 1 crooked neck, a patty pan and a cucumber that Harper looked at and said “that’s a huge Ching Ching”. And Dustin and I died laughing. 🤣

The strides he has made is incredible. He is so strong and learned to get in his cuddle box all by himself! I love that for him.
Landon wants you to know that you too can do anything you put your mind to.
What things we take for granted, he would love to do!
