Thursday date night looked a little different tonight. We had a special guest.
One thing I loved about raising my girls was showing them how a man should treat them.
Opening doors, ladies first, walking on the outside.
Now my husband is showing Harper how she is to be treated.
She also gets to see the way my husband treats me.
She told Dustin she wanted McDonalds. He said “I’m taking you for pizza”.
On the way here she was like “we should get panda”
He said “I told you I’m taking you for pizza.
Once she got her pizza she said “this is 10/10! I was wrong”.
I was cackling!
Then when she realized there was an ice cream place next door she was over the moon! She absolutely loved it.
Now we are watching Secret Life of Pets with a happy girl. 🩷
She might have stole my date night but she also steals our hearts. They grow up so fast.

Happy 3rd Birthday to my bestie girl. Duchess was prob the best money I have ever spent. I’ve never ever met another dog like her. She is human in spirit. She is gentle and kind. She is fierce and playful.
She is so obedient it’s wild. Best temperament on a dog.
She is down for all my shenanigans. Doesn’t matter what we do. She wants to go everywhere and will dress in whatever I put her in.
She is an extremely good judge of character but loves all the right people. She is our studio dog. Brings so much joy to my clients and kids. She is our boat dog. Our farm dog. She is tomboy like her momma.
She doesn’t leave my side. She loves to snuggle but when I’m busy you will find her basking in the sun.
You’ve never met a more prim and proper dog who needs her hair brushed. And she is the most poodiful girl in the world.
We love you Duchey Guwrl. Broke the mold with you. Happiest of birthdays. Can’t believe you’re 3! 🎂

A day in the life of Harper at Coco’s house and studio.
First, we greet Landon for the day and have breakfast.
Then we get our hair washed and blow dried.
That’s super exhausting so we take a nap with our face mask while getting a massage.
Can I be Harper when I grow up? I had to actually work. 🤦🏼♀️
