I’ve employed and mentored a lot of girls over the years. I’ve had a lot of them make friends and make enemies.
But these two.
It’s so rare to have two 21 year old girls not only get along but become best friends.
We could all take a note here. They work together 40 hours a week for me. They essentially compete for the same job.
Yet they don’t compete at all.
They found their lane. Their expertise. And instead of competing they find ways to lift, support and encourage each other.
So much so they now hang out on free time, see a movie together each week and now travel together.
Isn’t this a testimony to making women your friends instead of your enemy. Confidence is key. No being threatened by another woman’s gifts.
In fact, take each of your gifts and build a team. Build an empire.

It’s easier to fool people then it is to convince people they have been fooled.
Do your homework.
Have critical thinking.
Make sure you have independent analysis.
Look at facts. Not opinions much less gossip.
No one wants to be fooled but they like truth less.
But either way, truth reigns. Which side will you be on?
This world is throwing so much our way.
