Tatum’s Smothered Pork Chops

This weeknight comfort food is going to be a family favorite. It’s quick, easy and it’s my youngest daughter’s favorite meal! This can also easily be done in your crock pot.

Ingredients

Scale

46 Pork Chops- I prefer pork ribeyes or boneless

White Rice

Sliced baby Bella mushrooms

minced garlic

salt and pepper

1/2 Onion

1 Family sized cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Dice onion

Mince garlic

Sauté onion, garlic and mushroom in olive oil

Mix onion, garlic, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom together

Lay pork chops in bottom of baking dish

Pour mixture over the pork chops

Salt and pepper

Bake 45-60 min on 350 depending on thickness of chop

Prepare rice

Make a bed of rice and serve chops and gravy over the rice.
